·Tear alarm: When a foreign object punctures and damages the embedded induction coil in the conveyor belt during operation, the signal is transmitted to the central console, emergency braking is activated and an alarm is sounded.
·Deviation alarm: When the conveyor belt deviates during operation, the distance between the induction coil in the belt body and the sensor exceeds the set value, the signal is transmitted to the central console, emergency braking is activated and an alarm is sounded.
·Blocking alarm: When a material is blocked during the operation of the conveyor belt, the sensor detects that the conveyor belt is running at an abnormal speed, and the signal is transmitted to the central console, emergency braking is activated and an alarm is sounded.
